Role requires building relationship with the customer and understanding their business operations. Position requires focus on enablement of the customer by providing training and mentoring to the customer. In addition, you will be working with the customer to provide assistance for migration, problem avoidance, upgrade planning and similar activities associated with supported systems. Any candidate must be able to work with and understand the technical operations of the customers business and be able to assist the customer in resolving critical technical issues.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in IBM Database products
- Readiness to travel 10% travel annually
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- At least 6 months experience in Pure Data for Transactions
- At least 2 years experience in Customer Management
