Inside Sales Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES


Make sales to, and support a team in selling to, specific assigned accounts through telephone contact from IGT Las Vegas offices. Accountable for the sale of IGT Conversions and Parts. Work closely with IGT field Sales Account Managers to coordinate customer contacts and sales leads. Accountable for meeting or exceeding assigned / forecasted sales quotas. Promote sale of new and well performing themes, promotions and products with customer. Pursue open quotes and Field Sales Account Managers follow-ups. Support the development of semi-routine sales solutions and techniques. Perform necessary analysis and planning to ensure that the objectives and priorities for each sales call are established and met in time frames acceptable to the customer. Identify and cultivate personnel at targeted customers who make Conversion and Parts sales purchasing decisions. Address customers' concerns, questions and objections. Work to close sales with each targeted customer. May negotiate pricing within approved guidelines, however, typically does so with the support and guidance of the Field Sales Account Managers. Follow up and maintain relationships with customers after close of sale. Support Field Sales Account Managers and customers with conversion request paperwork and requests and order statuses. Monitor adherence to customer order ship date promises made by CSRs. Attend weekly regional sales calls. Keep management apprised of progress toward established revenue goals and in closing identified prospects. Domestic travel will be required.


QUALIFICATIONS


· High School diploma is mandatory.


· Bachelor's or Associate's degree highly preferred.


· 3-5 years of experience in sales.


· Related experience in the gaming technology industry highly preferred


· Must have strong mathematical skills to work with par sheets


· Must have basic knowledge of the regulatory requirements of customer sales and logistics.


· Must have knowledge of/skills in the content areas of communication with customers, Microsoft Office, ERP and related databases.


· Knowledge of gaming machine configurations, gaming compliance regulations and salesforce.com would be advantageous.


· Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain a gaming card and must work overtime when needed.


· For long periods of time, you must be able to sit, handle phone work and walking to various parts of the facility.
