Located in Northwest Houston, we are a fashion-forward, Private Practice Optometry office looking for a skilled Insurance Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position with benefits and paid time off.

What you need for this position:

- Billing/Coding Experience, especially in Optometry

- Excellent customer service

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail

- Bilingual is a huge plus

What you'll be doing:

- A combination of billing, processing insurance claims, posting payments, and verifying patient eligibility

- Answering calls, greeting patients, filing/copying, and data entry
