Landscape Designer

Essential Duties for this position:

To provide excellent customer service to tenants

To remove garbage into allowed containers from all common areas

To ensure that debris is not on grass, flower beds, parking lots, receiving areas, and any other common areas of the property

To maintain the landscape of the property clean and neat and ensure that is pleasant to the eye

To tour the common areas in a regular basis and continuously ensure that it meets company guidelines

To ensure ground keeping work is completed as per company guidelines on a timely manner and as per Maintenance Supervisors instructions

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Three to six months of experience as a groundskeeper in a residential complex or similar industry

A High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to understand basic instructions verbally or in written form

Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external contacts

Ability to multi-task and have good organizational skills

Ability to pass a criminal and/?or credit background check
