We are an ECommerce company with over 10+ years of superior industry knowledge and experience. We've made it through two bubbles, growth, going public, going private, working with Private Equity and participating in M&A.
We launched a new division a few years ago and it's absolutely on fire. We are looking for a strong Marketing or Affiliate Manager join us.
What you need for this position:
- 5+ years’ experience required in online acquisition initiatives and relationship building specifically including affiliate marketing and display
- Demonstrate the ability to grow a customer base through online acquisition and proven success driving online consumer traffic
- Maintain up-to-date expert knowledge of online marketing and social media trends including best practices and enabling technologies to support new customer acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to run multiple projects and work effectively across departments and teams
- BA/BS required; MBA a plus
- Display media buying a plus
What you'll be doing:
- Analyze existing relationships with networks, conduct tests with new networks to optimize Affiliates as a customer acquisition strategy
- Create campaign messaging consistent with company brand
- Collaborate with our in-house design team to produce relevant digital assets
- Effectively manage campaigns to drive consistent growth and meet ROI goals
- Create and execute test strategies for each digital channel to optimize effectiveness
- Understand with current trends and innovations in online marketing
