We are currently seeking to hire an experienced .NET Architect with strong C#, SQL, and object-oriented programming experience, and a good understanding of SDLC and web development to join our team. If you have extensive .NET development experience and excellent leadership and team-building skills, we would love to tell you more about this incredible opportunity.

Must Have Skills:

-Strong knowledge of and experience with high scalability architectures

-Extensive experience in software design and development, database design and development, and system integration

-Hands-on experience with .Net development: ASP.NET, C#, XML, SOAP, Web Services, SQL Server, Windows 2000/2003 server, Active Directory integration (for centralized user authentication / authorization)

-Experience with Object Oriented Programming / Object Oriented Design (OOP/OOD)

-Experience developing software using a formal and structured development methodology

-Bachelor degree in Engineering, CS or equivalent experience; MCPD a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

-Hands-on experience in E-Commerce software development; MediaChase, EPiServer, Sharepoint/MOSS, Commerce Server, Content Management Server

-Formal testing / software quality assurance experience, including hierarchical test cycle (unit test / application test / system test / user-acceptance test)

-Iterative approach to development, using short development cycles and frequent builds

-Ability to develop secure solutions and knowledge of industry best practices regarding information security and defensive development

-Strong leadership and team-building skills, possess a positive attitude, and have the ability to lead small to mid-size teams

-Must be data-driven and able to set clear, measurable quality goals for an organization
