Nurse Manager*

The Bronx Division of Jewish Home Lifecare , a JCAHO accredited 816-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, is looking for Nurse Managers. In this role the ideal candidates will be responsible for the provision of care and services to residents on their assigned units and assures that resident care is provided in accordance with the facility's mission, vision and values and in compliance with all Federal, State and local government regulations, and measures and evaluates resident outcomes, via audits, direct observation, and utilizing the quality indicator reports.

Skills/Requirements

To qualify, you must have four years of experience as a charge nurse in acute and/or LTC. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work with staff at all levels within the organization and have a strong commitment to quality care. NY RN license and BSN required, bilingual English/Spanish preferred
