Campus Nursing Director
Located just north of Detroit, We are a private education institution that offers incredible programs in Healthcare and Technology, and we’ve been doing this for well over a century! We have campuses across the US and offer our students top quality education.
In this role, your will use your leadership and visionary skills to provide management over all activities associated with our nursing program. You will work to ensure all programs provide relevant education and are in compliance with all state, national and regional regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide training and development programs for faculty along with reviews, examinations and other tests to ensure up to date with the latest practices and policies
- Plan, analyze and administer budget for the entire nursing program
- Track, manage and create a plan to decrease retention rates of both faculty and students
- Recruit, hire and provide orientation to new faculty and staff
- Create and implement an annual program complete with staff objectives and goals to achieve each year
- Stay up to date on all compliance regulations
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience of RN
- 3+ years’ experience in Academics/Teaching and management
- Current RN License in the state
- MSN required (PhD preferred)
- Program/Curriculum development experience preferred
