THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Online Marketing Manager will develop the strategy and manage the execution of all online marketing programs for the Kaufman Financial Group companies. Online programs include websites for each company, email campaigns, social media, online advertising, SEO/SEM, mobile tools, and internal tools for promoting marketing programs.
- Develop strategy, content plan, and storyboards for the current 12 websites for the Kaufman Financial Group companies and future sites.
- Ensure content development for all online programs through personal efforts or working with internal or external resources.
- Work with Director of Marketing Communications to prioritize and schedule all online communications projects.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, and IT leadership to plan and develop new online and mobile technologies to enhance products, sales, and lead generation.
- Work with Brand Managers and Mar Com to develop email campaign strategy, tools, and training materials.
- Develop social media strategy and work with resources to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain database of online advertising opportunities appropriate for each brand.
- Own SEO/SEM for all websites.
- Perform analysis and deliver reporting for all online marketing programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years of relevant experience with a good record of progression
- Experience with website development, email marketing, and social media marketing in the B2B environment
- Must have experience managing multiple initiative while satisfying customer needs
- Proven ability to analyze data in order to identify and drive marketing decisions to maximize impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience
