Position Summary:
Crowe is looking for an experienced technology support specialist to assist in product support and configuration services of its web solutions in the Financial Services industry. We have multiple world class solutions deployed at multiple financial institutions and require product specialists to support the same. The ideal person would be an excellent communicator with ability to talk to clients, provide quick answers to queries and escalate issues to product managers and the development team. The person will be part of the product development team to manage/troubleshoot client software support incidents and inquiries, and support the rollout and upgrades of applications to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in software technology
Experience triaging software and configurations issues
Excellent communication skills
Strong ownership of client issues from inception to resolution
Ability to multi-task across various activities
At least 1-3 years experience in product support, technology development or installation services
Desired skill sets include
Experience with Microsoft SQL 2005/2008
Experience with ASP.NET
Experience with software deployments
Knowledge in banking financial systems
Locations: Grand Rapids, MI
Travel Requirements: No overnight travel anticipated
