Warehouse- Working Production Lead
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced Production Lead in Mountain House. This position is a long-term job opportunity. Responsibilities for Production Lead include but are not limited to the following:
¿ Lead production and technical activity of Clean & Screen operation
¿ Monitor departmental performance metrics to insure production requirements are met
¿ Provide first level of support for any escalated issue during work shift
¿ Train, motivate, and support staff in all areas of company and departmental procedures and expectations.
¿ Coach and council employees on performance deficiencies and document as required.
¿ Shift: Swing (3pm to 12:30am some weekends as well)
Production Lead candidate must meet the following requirements for consideration:
¿ 5+ years of Production Experience
¿ 5+ years of Lead experience
