• Manage all international media inventory in Asia, Europe and Latin America
• Develop and execute in conjunction with account teams, agencies and clients, the media plans for all international marketing partners
• Negotiate media plans with clients and agencies once they are developed
• Develop and independently lead presentations of international media to key marketing partners, agencies and internal stakeholders
• Independently devise, pitch and sell opportunities for new revenue around global media assets
• Author strategy to expand media revenue opportunities with existing marketing partners
• Work closely with members of the business development function to maximize and secure new business through existing content offerings and developing new concepts
• Oversee the trafficking and delivery of all media partner benefits
• Key point of contact for the department on international media distribution
• Detailed knowledge of TV and digital media business
• Creative media thought leader
• Understanding of international media markets in Europe, Asia and Latin America
• Understanding of media agencies, media planning and ratings
• Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills including: Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel
• Proven negotiation and influencing skills
• Self-sufficient, quick-learner, problem solver
• Spanish or Mandarin fluency required
• Ability to multi-task, manage time and handle a high work volume
• Good communicator and ability to work across multiple departments and countries
• 10+ years in media or international sales related field with substantial experience in sports marketing related areas
• 5+ years international experience
• Undergraduate degree from top university
• MBA desirable, but not required
