PT File Clerk / Receptionist

Our client is seeking a PT File Clerk / Receptionist for their Carlsbad, California (CA) location.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Filing paperwork to include confidential information

  • Back up Reception for Front Desk - busy phones

  • Mon-Fri 12pm-5pm

PT File Clerk / Receptionist Qualifications (required unless noted otherwise):

  • Must experience in filing and reception work

  • Must be able to pass criminal, drug and MVR screen

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
