We are currently seeking to hire an experienced QA Manager with strong knowledge of QA concepts and methodology, and a good understanding of SDLC and web development to join our team. If you have extensive experience with QA testing, proficiency with various web technologies (SQL Server, Windows Server, .NET, PHP), and excellent leadership and team-building skills, we would love to tell you more about this incredible opportunity.

Must Have Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Computer Science/MIS
-Strong knowledge of QA concepts and methodology, best practices, processes, tools, and metrics
-Minimum 10 years of experience in QA, testing E-Commerce enterprise and mobile applications
-Minimum 5 years practical experience as a QA test lead with a proven ability to ensure high quality results
-Minimum 5 years E-Commerce experience
-Minimum 3 years of experience and proficiency with web technologies. Microsoft technologies is required (tools include SQL Server, Windows Server, .NET, PHP)
-Able to oversee the development and execution of test plans; and monitoring and reporting on test executions while focusing on roadmap and future projects
-Strong organizational skills, tracking multiple test executions simultaneously and are able to synthesize the results
-Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal setting
-Proven ability to rapidly master and utilize leading-edge technologies to innovate creative test solutions and improve efficiency
-Understanding of SDLC and web development
Nice to Have Skills:
-Experience with Magento and EPiServer strongly desired
-Proven track record of driving multiple teams on parallel projects, balancing, resourcing and prioritizing to meet business needs
-Responsive design experience
-Excellent problem-solving skills, including isolating defects in complex code
-Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
-Strong leadership and team-building skills, possess a positive attitude, and have the ability to lead small to mid-size teams
-Must be data-driven and able to set clear, measurable quality goals for an organization
