Job Details
We bring over 30+ years of manufacturing and electronic components experience to our loyal customers. We are beginning interviews next week for a Quality Control Manager to join our manufacturing and production team. You will be managing all aspects of the Quality and Calibration departments as well as plan, organize and coordinate a team of inspectors and technicians to support all departments.
Do you have 5+ years of Quality Control experience in a supervisory or management role within the electro-mechanical industry?

What you need for this position:
* Bachelor's degree required OR 7+ years of progressive Quality experience (Business management education is a plus!)
* 5+years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment including:
- working with budgets/capital expenditures
- electro-mechanical parts/components
- knowledge of AS9100 and ISO-17025 Quality Systems
* Strong Excel and MS Office skills
* Prior knowledge of ITAR and Defense Department regulations is a plus!
What you will be doing:
* Responsible for product quality control for the plant
* Maintain ongoing quality improvement effort
* Management of Quality and Calibration personnel
* Interface effectively with Customers, Quality Systems Registrars, and Accreditation Representatives
* Provide leadership and technical support to team members.
* Support customer issues, production issues, quality issues and take appropriate actions for sustaining existing products
* Maintain Quality Management Systems and evaluate existing staff for maximum performance and value
