Quality Assurance Specialist

Functions of the QA Specialist:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of quality assurance procedures and federal, state and local Coalition laws and mandates

  • Conduct case file reviews for compliance and identifies opportunities for improvement or corrective actions

  • Interact one on one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds

Specific Qualifications (required unless noted otherwise):

  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and knowledge of data management processes.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of eligibility determination processes and filing procedures.

  • Demonstrate good communication, telephone and customer service skills.

  • A Bachelor's / Associate's degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology, Sociology, or related field

  • Minimum 2+ years of related experience
