Headquartered in the Australia, we are a thriving company looking to build out our team in the U.S.! We are taking a new approach to improving mobile applications and how they are received by customers! We are looking for a Support Engineer with some rails knowledge who can come in and hit the ground running.


For an exceptional candidate, we are willing to offer a more than competitive base salary, full benefits, and a 401k.


What you need for this position:


- Extensive customer service skills and a track record of exceeding customer expectations

- Experience with tier 1 or tier 2 support

- Ruby on Rails knowledge

- Experience with infrastructure and networking

- Experience working with virtualised environments

- Experience with multiple operating systems

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills


What you'll be doing:


- Providing multi-channel support including chat, portal ticketing, phone and third party forums.

- Collaborating with the Australian Support Team to share support queue and responses.

- Troubleshooting networking, load balancing, firewall and online storage, and configuration and deployment toolsets.

- Crafting Rails related content and customer support documentation
