Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the Case Management Department.
- Work closely with Director, Medical Director and Senior Management.
- Perform Audits of Cases and Disease Management.
- Develop policy and procedures and workflows.
Job Qualifications:
- RN License in State of CA (Must be Active and in good standing).
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is Highly Desirable.
- At least five (5) years of recent Managed Care / Case Management experience in the acute care and managed care setting.
- At least three (3) years of Manager Level experience in a Managed Care Setting.
- Must have knowledge in State and Federal Regulations.
- Must have experience in Matrix Reporting and Management of Staff.
- Must have both Inpatient Case Management and Managed Care experience.
- Experience Managing Financial and Clinical Outcomes and Operations.
- Must have SNP and Quality experience.
