The Outpatient Services Division (OSD) is a dedicated, enterprise-wide division comprised of product line experts in the fields of ambulatory surgery and diagnostic imaging. Tenet currently owns and operates over 120 Outpatient Centers throughout our hospital markets. In addition, the OSD supports Urgent Care and Free Standing Emergency Departments in multiple locations. Based on the large number of existing centers as well as new outpatient centers under development (including acquisitions), the OSD is primarily focused on the development and management of these two type of centers.
The Division has recruited a team of experienced multi-site imaging and surgery center operators focused on managing these centers as a competitive service-oriented business entity leveraging best practices and a standard operating model.
