Sales Mgr-Cloud Svcs



Responsibilities

The Cloud Solutions Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of specialized Cloud Sales Consultants to assist in developing opportunities in commercial and enterprise accounts across the region. As a Cloud Solutions Sales Manager, he/she will work with their team and with Verizon Enterprise Solutions team to identify, develop and close opportunities that utilize the Verizon/Terremark Cloud, Managed Hosting and Colocation solutions. The Manager will:



  • Lead the team to identify, develop, and close additional opportunities at existing clients

  • Lead the team to find opportunities with new clients

  • Help the team identify the clients’ key technical and business influencers and present the Verizon value proposition to executive level clients

  • Be responsible for all aspects of a leadership role in a Sales Organization: leading, developing, retaining, supporting a team of Cloud Sales Consultants to meet sales objectives

  • Lead the team to map customer's identified business and technical issues to Verizon solutions and to identify any technical and business (Verizon or customer) barriers to sale

  • Identify and coordinate Verizon internal resources required to develop customer solution and help manage the proposal and SOW coordination and support process

  • Assist customers in their evaluation of Verizon products and services


Qualifications


• BA/BS Degree

• Management role in a Cloud Solutions and/or Managed Hosting sales team

• Working knowledge of Cloud, Managed Hosting and Colocation services

• Midwest location
