Adecco is currently assisting a local client seeking an experienced Salon Technical Customer Service Representative - Call Center Representative in Woodland Hills, CA for a long-term temporary job. Salon Technical Customer Service Representatives will interact with customers via telephone, chat, and email to provide information, process transactions, and reply to inquiries about products and services. Responsibilities for a Salon Technical Customer Service Representative include:


• Answers telephone, chat, and email inquiries pertaining to the basic use of salon product lines, in a positive, courteous and professional manner, in accordance with corporate policy.

• Identifies information, which may be considered as a technical or product complaint or potential legal claim and immediately escalate to supervisor.

• Advises Quality Assurance Department of related product complaints.

• Maintains efficient files of all related data and information.

• Participate in product up-dates to keep current.

• Provide technical guidance for application procedures for color as well as color formulations

• Support on chemical applications of our products.

• Prepares and maintains written documentation of customer service discussions regarding product complaints, customer returns etc. for internal use.


We have openings on the day shift. Pay for this position is $17.00/hr. This is a long term temporary opportunity.

Job Experience:

Salon Technical Customer Service Representative candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:


• Have an active Cosmetology License

• Minimum 2 years Consumer Call Center experience.

• Minimum 4 years Hair Products Beauty Care experience.

• Ability to be responsive, tactful and diplomatic.

• Ability to perform essential functions, along with problem solving, answering very busy phones, responding to detailed questions, data entry, answering voicemails, responding to email and chat inquiries.

• Proficient computer skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and SAP)

• Team player with good organizational skills


Minimum Education Required: Some College


Years of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years
