The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for Worldwide financial analysis in this high profile, analytical, and expansive role. It requires a high level of motivation and the ability to perform complex analysis under tight deadlines. The position requires interaction with senior management and a variety of functions throughout the organization. Responsibilities include providing Cordis with worldwide performance analysis, dashboards, and weekly / monthly reports to support business decisions. Additional responsibilities include managing the financial calendar, templates, and consolidation during business planning and forecast updates. The ideal candidate will also drive continuous improvements in processes, practices, and compliance. Assist in other ad-hoc analysis as and when required.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required, preferably a degree in Finance or Accounting. A CPA, CMA or MBA is preferred. A minimum of 2 – 5 years of related work experience is required. Must have strong financial analysis and systems skills (Excel, PowerPoint and General Ledger). Must have the ability to pick up new systems quickly. Must have the ability to partner with people at all levels of the organization and have strong communication skills. The ability to maintain and improve consistent and sound business processes in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment is required.
