What you need for this position:
- Python software development experience
- Test Driven Development (TDD) (unit testing and mocking frameworks also helpful)
- OOP/OOD
- Experience working in scalable and distributed systems (optimizing algorithms is helpful too)

- Working in a team environment with individual accountability
- Developing frameworks that will be used in multi-threaded environments
- Working with schemeless databases like MongoDB or CouchDB
