We are a highly funded stealth mode startup founded and created by a Fortune 500 digital music company.

We are looking for a Software Engineer with an advanced degree from a top school with extensive development and problem solving abilities looking to take the next step into a Senior level role. Though either Java, Objective-C, and/or C++ are preferred, the technology you use is not as important as your ability to tackle difficult problems. For example, pin point location of tablet from wifi signals, improve performance of data analytics platform, improve simulation performance with virtual machines, emulators, etc...

Thus experience in a specific area is not important, as long as he/she is smart, enthusiastic and can learn very fast.

What you need for this position:

- One or more advanced degrees in Software Engineering, Math, CS, Physics or equivalent fields.

- 1-5 years of designing, building and coding highly integrated mobile apps, web apps, or enterprise software

- Preferred tech and specializations Java, C++, Objective-C, HTML5, JavaScript, Design Patterns, CSS, JSON, SQLite, JQuery, and/ or other mobile frameworks

- REST API development and integration is a HUGE PLUS

- Extensive AGILE experience

- Strong experience with Linux, Android, iOS, Big Data, Content Management Systems, and/or web 2.0 applications is a HUGE PLUS

What you'll be doing:

- Aggressively tackling new projects and tough problems

- Developing, defining and launching the first few versions of bleeding edge tablet technology

- Scaling for future products

- Building frameworks that will be utilized by internal and external developers

- Working and collaborating across multiple departments including the development, QA, and Marketing & Sales
