Position Summary:
This Senior Staff will serve as the In-Charge for multiple clients and will be required provide guidance and supervision to the staff and/or interns assigned to their engagements. They should also be comfortable with maintaining client relationships and staff development.
Qualifications:
Skill sets required include:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Candidate should have the ability to interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion. Candidate will need to be able to multi-task as planning, executing and wrapping up of various engagements may have to be performed concurrently. Candidate should also have strong technical skills and be able to perform research on technical matters prior to submitting work for Manager review.
Minimum Qualifications:
Four year degree in finance and/or accounting is required. Master level accounting degree is preferred.
3 to 4 years of experience with a mid-sized or national firm.
Audit experience with engagement management, workpaper review skills and staff supervision are required.
Individual should be licensed CPA
