Responsibilities for Senior UI Lead:
*Identify and troubleshoot issues as needed, documenting development
*Create and update both design and functional documents
*Perform a mix of maintenance, enhancements and new development as required
*Implement project applications according to specifications
*Research technical issues and provide recommendations to enhance client web sites
*Work independently and as part of a team to create cutting edge websites and web applications
*Test sites to ensure optimal usability
*Juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities
*Meet stipulated deadlines
Qualifications for Senior UI Lead:
*2+ years developing front-end and user interface code for Web sites
*High level proficiency and experience coding in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery
*2+ years of PHP 4/5 is required
*1+ years of MS-SQL and/or MySQL
*Basic understanding of Objective C and C++
*Ability to address and quickly update compatibility issues between different browsers and platforms
*Great understanding of Web analytics and SEO techniques and how to implement them
*Experience in Responsive Web Design
*Experience extending or customizing existing products/frameworks using API*s
*Problem solving and time management skills
*Ability to work in both an individual and team based environment
*Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple job tasks simultaneously
*Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Pluses:
*Previous agency experience
*Strong samples showcasing some of your best work
