Description
Provides independent biopsychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, counseling, and linkage with resources for inpatients, outpatients, their families and significant others. Facilitates or assists with an appropriate discharge plan. Access to demographic information and limited Patient Health Information as related to job function.
Qualifications
Master Degree in Social Work
Current California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
