Responsibilities and Duties:
· Main client liaison on social media lifestyle ambassador program
· Work with Account Director to define the strategic vision of the program
· Manage candidate recruitment and hiring process
· Management of talent (communication of policies, major schedule notes, projects, special needs, etc.)
· Management of talent company relationship and other key partnerships
· Budget oversight
· Creation of program overviews, updates, and recommendation documents
· Prepare document for monthly social media trends meeting
· Oversee development and scheduling of all social copy for Sprint messaging
· Social media proposals/ follow-through of plans
· Lead on wardrobe
· Organize details of all Photo & video shoots
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelors' Degree
· 5+ years' experience in PR, Entertainment Marketing, Sports Marketing, and/or Millennial Marketing
· Urban lifestyle and millennial culture marketing experience
· Comprehensive understanding of African-American and Hispanic lifestyle, culture, and demographic
· Personal or professional proficiency and use of social networking site strongly preferred, specifically Twitter & Instagram
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
o A writing assignment could be part of the hiring process
· Strong ability to manage client, team, talent, vendors, and industry contacts
· Strong ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative and solve problems independently
· Strong skills with Microsoft Office, including Word, Power Point and Excel
· Experience with photo and video editing software (Photoshop, iMovie, etc) preferred
· Extremely organized with exceptional time-management skills
· Travel 25-40% of the year
· Other related duties as assigned
