Qualifications:

• 5-8 years media planning and buying experience within a digital ad agency environment


• Experience working with all forms of native ads on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube paid channel, Tumblr, LinkedIn, social discovery sites including BuzzFeed, Reddit, StumbleUpon and other emerging social channels required


• Experience with Facebook ad partners (i.e. Optimal, Spruce, Shift, Kenshoo etc.)


• Digital display media buying/recommendation experience including web and mobile ad networks, in-game ads (SocialVibe), paid media views (Yellow Thunder, Giant Media, Feed Co, etc.) and contextual video views (AdKnowledge) preferred


• Experience using paid media to encourage engagement through video views, promotion/contest participation, etc. preferred


• Experience with SEO (Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo, etc.) and SEM helpful


• Savvy with Google Analytics, Omniture or similar


• Experience forming Content/Media Partnerships with large publishers (Time, Conde Nast etc.) to negotiate print, digital, event paid promotional integration helpful


• Experience working with blogs (paid/sponsored posts), blog networks, YouTube celebrities a plus


• Conceptual thinker with an eye/ear out for the next great opportunity in paid digital media
