Qualifications we are seeking in a Vice President
- An experienced professional who can effectively recommend and execute digital and social campaigns across paid, earned, shared and owned channels
- Proven results developing social and digital strategies with the sports and entertainment industry
- The VP should have at least eight years’ related experience with an events, entertainment and sports marketing practice, division or agency
- Leadership skills to manage deadlines, budgets and teams
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Responsibilities of the Vice President
- Develop social and digital strategies including directing research and insights for the development of digital campaigns based on an advanced understanding of the digital and social opportunities within the sports and entertainment markets
- Provide guidance on engagement and participation in evolving digital channels
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for our clients
- Build and develop a team by mentoring, coaching, educating and managing direct reports
- Work effectively across a large matrix organization with existing Digital and Creative services/divisions
- Develop business through new and organic growth
