Sports Merchandising Company - Part-time Seasonal Inventory Assistant

This position is responsible for maintaining Burton’s superior customer service standards, complying with all policies and procedures, meeting sales goals, and protecting company assets. Inventory control assistants are also responsible for supporting the management team and store staff in the implementation of promotions, visual merchandising, daily store maintenance and all general store functions.

Ability to operate a Windows based point of sale system is necessary. Successful candidates will have 1-3 years retail experience, be outgoing and energetic, and possess excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. A background in snowboarding surfing and skateboarding is required.
