Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize campaigns to ensure delivery and client return on investment.
- Develop and recommend appropriate campaign strategies during the IO process, bringing insight from forecasting and past performance experiences.
- Consistently communicate campaign performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations with external sales agencies and sales
- Provide planning and overall ad workflow troubleshooting as necessary. Resolve implementation issues as they arise and resolve in a timely way to ensure high level of client satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with third party vendors as needed (rich media, custom microsite development)
- Support partnership development with media related responsibilities tied to non direct sales (RTB, First Party Data, Private Marketplace, etc)
- Provide campaign expertise to Planning and Sales, and internal product teams.
- Help define process and procedures for scaling business operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years account managerial experience preferably within the digital space
- Bachelor's degree within the business, marketing or related industry
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a "start-up" like environment
