Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as a trusted media strategist/consultant for new and existing sponsors, assisting them with content strategies to effectively leverage Rodale's marketing opportunities


• Manage day to day, RFPs, partner relationships and sales processes


• Work with internal departments on the development, implementation and management of client campaigns


• Provide status reports to ensure our sponsors are delighted with their campaign performance


• Identify trends to better guide and support sponsors


• Work with Ad Operations Team to monitor ad delivery through DART and third party ad servers


• Reconcile all billing issues at the end of the month


• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create media plans and proposals that meet advertisers' needs

Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years media experience


• Planning and/or buying experience is preferred


• Online advertising or digital publishing background a plus


• Excellent relationship management and project management skills


• Knowledge of the digital marketplace and our competitive landscape


• Passion for Rodale and an extensive understanding of our brands


• Passionate, innovative spirit, and a desire to work within an ever changing and fast-paced environment


• BA / BS degree required


• Experience working with ad platforms such as Dart, Mediavisor, Fattail, and Atlas a plus


• Strong mutli-tasker; ability to manage multiple projects at once
