Specific Responsibilities include:
-Remittance Reporting
-Extract registration and revenue data from corporate systems
-Compile reports for Accounting and identify ACTIVE vs. client revenue
-Edit reports for customizations per sales process and deal terms
-Review and validate final customer reconciliations from Accounting for accuracy
-Investigative Reporting
-Provide support to sales team for escalated client questions or issues, requiring additional data mining, analysis or reporting
-Research prior remittance reports and consolidate into a summary
-Present findings to Accounting and sales team with a corrective action plan
-Internal Business Reporting
-Extract registration and revenue data from corporates systems
-Input data into internal dashboards
-Refresh dashboards and make updates to indexes, sell-through percentages and sell-out dates per week
KPI’s:
-Accurate client payments
-Timely client payments
-Accurate internal data refreshes
Desired Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Strong aptitude for computer technology and be proficient in Excel.
-Strong problem-solving, mathematical and analysis skills.
-Strong communication and documentation knowledge.
-Strong oral and interpersonal skills to interact with team members.
-Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.
-Passion for maintaining high standards in his/her work.
-Knowledge of data mining or data modeling concepts or tools is a plus.
