Manage the planning, direction and coordination of international tax activities as a member of the International Tax team Major Duties and Functions Include- To manage US tax compliance and reporting for the Company’s international operations To ensure the proper tax accounting including the recognition and coordination of the book and tax effects of international operations and transactions for US Gaap purposes To interface between international controller, regional/local country tax professionals, global service providers, auditor and corporate tax functions To improve, develop and implement critical processes and work streams necessary to achieving accurate and timely tax reporting and worldwide tax compliance What You Need to Succeed- Required Qualifications: A successful candidate will have experience with international tax compliance and reporting. Experience in using computerized accounting reporting systems (e.g., OneSource, Excel) is essential. Should be able to work well in teams to balance priorities; also have an ability to work independently while demonstrating initiative and creativity, flexibility to adjust to various work assignments. Desired Qualifications: Preferred Requirements include an undergraduate degree with a major in accounting or taxation (CA; CPA or Master’s degree highly desired), at least 6+ years of public or private tax experience with US GAAP and international tax experience.
