Tax Senior Associate

A Top 8 Regional Accounting firm is adding a Tax Senior Associateto it's Dallas team. This firm has a wide variety of clients such as private and publicly held businesses, local government, municipalities, nonprofits, and wealth management clients. We are looking for someone who is able to accurately complete returns while successfully meeting metrics to include client retention and individual goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expert understanding of tax return processes.

Essential Functions:

• Accurately complete multiple returns


• 
  


• Ensure deliverables and work papers are clear, concise, well written, and conform with firm standards and professional requirements


• 
  


• Prioritize and manage multiple returns to meet schedule and budget requirements


• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  


• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field


• 
  


• Master's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred


• 
  


• CPA with 2+ years experience in public accounting


• 
  


• Strong interpersonal skills, impeccable oral and written communication skills


• 
  


• Strong background in a variety of industries in all aspects of federal tax laws


• 
  


• Team orientated, willing to be active in the community as well as within professional organizations
