We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Technical Product Manager to scale product development and processes around IMDb’s advertising business.
Key responsibilities:
· Define and implement the end-to-end process for launching and iterating new products, including requirements definition, product development, QA, sales product launch, documentation, and evaluating success
· Drive cross-group product development among development teams within IMDb and with teams in other parts of Amazon
· Define and implement a process to significantly increase onboarding and maintaining new third-party ad vendors, including product certification, technical implementation, security review, and latency measurement
· Drive significant reductions in the elapsed time and resource required to launch an ad campaign
· Drive significant reductions in defect rate for ad campaigns through methods such as product simplification, technical solutions, documentation, and improved training
· 5+ years managing technology projects in an agile environment
· Experience with cross-functional project delivery
· Track record of driving operational improvements
· Strong written and oral communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
· Problem solving skills
· Bachelor’s Degree
