Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for performing all modalities of respiratory care under the direction of the physician. These modalities include, but are not limited to: oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, airway maintenance, adult ventilation, CPR, chest physiotherapy, breathing training and exercises, and EKG making adjustments for age and size of the patient.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensure/certification/registration: RRT or RRT eligible who passes RRT within 6 months o f assuming position .RCP by the State of Texas
Experience Required: 5 years of recent adult critical care experience, 2 years of recent neonatal experience, 1 year of supervisory experience
Special Skills & Qualifications: Clinical expertise with good communication skill. Ability to prioritize and delegate fairly.
