Vice President, Community Services*

Responsible for the over-all fiscal and operational administration of home care and community based managed care programs. Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating mechanisms for measuring quality and creating systems of care coordination in all programs that achieves both financial and clinical objectives in managed care environment. Ensures safe delivery of care services to the community as well as overall agency performance, achieving desired client satisfactions expectations from both regulatory and payer sources. . Responsible for the effective fiscal management of the home care and managed care programs and identifies/implements evolution of programs based on market needs. Ensures adherence to all regulatory, credentialing and monitoring requirements. Responsible for long range planning, organizing, directing and staffing of programs.

Skills/Requirements

Masters Degree preferred in Health Care, Public Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, Social Work or related area and 10 years of progressive management experience. Prior experience with community health service delivery programs and managed care programs required.

• Knowledge of community health service delivery systems and of all pertinent regulatory requirements.


• Knowledge of managed care terms and requirements


• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.


• Possess sound technical skills, good judgment and strong

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
