ZOOM is looking for a highly successful sales executive in the High Volume Copier/Multi-Function Product (MFP) Production industry, preferably with XEROX Knowledge.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our fast-paced sales team. This is an outside business-to-business sales position. You will be responsible for retaining and growing current customers as well as gaining new market share, through the development of new accounts.


As a business professional you will work to consistently identify new business opportunities and meet with decision-makers to analyze the customer's requirements by performing an output assessment. You will identify areas of redundancy or inefficiency and recommend solutions to streamline workflow and increase operating efficiency. This is a value sell of an intangible service offering where you will be using a consultative, customer-focused sales approach that is unique to our industry and sets us apart. You will be selling a service that benefits the customer!


You will be expected to meet or exceed the projected dollar volumes in terms of sales and profitability, as well as meeting the sales activity and forecasting accuracy requirements.


DUTIES:

• Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectations

• Maintain sustained sales and activities

• Responsible for conducting and presenting benchmark demonstrations, proposals and value propositions to account base

• Manage entire sales cycle across customer accounts, including proposal and closing and engaging specialists and sales representatives as needed

• Sustain sales activities appointments, demos, proposal, cold calls and database updates

• Maintain prospecting/customer database and utilize the sales database system to maintain a record of all activities

• Conduct account reviews evaluate current state, customer satisfaction and completeness of strategy implantation along with next steps in the account

• Keep abreast of changes in technology and understanding of basic user abilities


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work under stress/pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives

• Ability to travel to different sites within Northern and Central California and the Bay Area

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Programs

• Excellent communicators (oral, written and presentation)

• Possess ability to interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction

• Personal drive and internal motivation towards high achievement

• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment


INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years previous copier sales experience with proven track record of success

• Proficient with cross functional support of Entry Production Color & black & white

• Ability to talk to the advantages of color management and the tools required to achieve the required results

• Knowledge of graphic arts/commercial printing industry standards and trends, color markets, product positioning and product color competition

• Understanding of networks and the network operating systems

• Understanding of the following printing environments: data centers, in-house copy centers, print for pays and commercial print

• Knowledge of color imaging processes and technologies for traditional offset and digital pre and post-press workflows
