Job Description:
Support of universal landing product (imaging and banking deposits); supporting the operations centers that process the deposits nightly. This is a support role, not a Helpdesk, Systems Analyst or Engineer role.)
Qualifications:
- Previous Systems Analyst or Engineer looking for hands on 2nd shift work in a support role; work independently
- Have thorough knowledge of database skills
- Ability to identity end user work stations to determine issues and create resolutions
- 5+ years experience
- Client interfacing various support roles
- Must have Application Support experience
- Should have some database support skills (Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server, etc)
- Must have strong OS support with Unix, Linux and/or Windows - i.e. job scheduling tools
- Have some scripting knowledge (Examples include Perl, Korn, Shell, etc)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with financial area support a plus
