About Us

My company feeds people. I am looking for a talented chef that has ambition and the strive to creating amazing specials for my restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Create decorative food displays

• Create new recipes

• Instruct cooks in basic tasks

• Plan menus and daily specials

• Plate foods in an aesthetically pleasing way

• Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods

• Requisition food and kitchen supplies

• Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff

• make soups, meat sauce, alfredo, and red sauce for rice pilaf


Education

• Apprenticeship completed, culinary arts

• Associate's Degree, culinary arts

• College Diploma, culinary arts


Qualifications

• Chef de cuisine certification

• Cook's trade certification or equivalent

• Food Handler certification

• Good eyesight

• Red Seal certification

• Serv Safe certification

• Several years experience in food preparation


Skills

• Creative thinker

• Develops plans effectively

• Good manual dexterity

• Good sense of smell and taste

• Great knife skills

• Great leadership ability

• Performs well under stress

• Works accurately

• Works well with others

• very clean
