Job Description:
Adecco is the place to be if you are an enthusiastic professional with escrow or mortgage experience! Adecco has partnered with a large local company to fill immediate needs in their subordination department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reviewing all incoming subordination requests.
Printing and packaging of the subordination documents to be sent to the subordinating lenders.
Field all incoming calls from subordinating lenders and borrowers.
Performing data entry functions and compiling paperwork into packages for subordinating lenders.
Skills required for this position include:
Needs the familiarity with lender documents and Subordination agreements.
Proficient PC navigation, proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
Ability to multitask in a production motivated environment.
Detail oriented,
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Additional requirements for this position include:
1-2 years experience as an Escrow Asst I or;
A minimum of 3 years experience in a related real estate or title field.
Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction for mulitple tasks and execute those tasks accurately and efficiently.
Candidates must be available to work shifts from 8:00am-7:00pm PLUS additional overtime.
