Currently we have a bilingual (Spanish / English) position open: shift is 2 pm to 10 pm Tuesday - Thursday
We also have a 2nd position: Friday and Saturday 10 pm to 6 am
Requirements:
* Recent remote (phone-based) service desk and customer service experience of at least 18 months
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Team Player
* Quick Study - must learn proactively and quickly
* Flexibility
* Strong Windows 7 troubleshooting skills
* Some Windows XP, Vista OS troubleshooting experience
* Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 2010, troubleshooting, and "how-to", including Outlook client
* Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 2007 troubleshooting
* Ability to identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems
* VPN troubleshooting
* Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written
* Attention to detail

* A+ Certification (required 90 days after conversion to perm)
* iPad / iPhone
* Blackberry support
* Microsoft Active Directory
