Human Resource Generalist

We are in search of a Recruiter / HR Generalist for our client in Concord, CA. This role will play an instrumental part in the talent acquisition strategy for our client in addition to supporting HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

•At least 3 years experience recruiting for a complex corporate environment

•Experience with ATS tools

•Full life cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, qualifying and closing

•Able to build strategic partnerships with universities for college recruiting

•Must be easy to get along with and able to wear many hats

•Nice to have Bachelor’s Degree, but not required

• Determine and implement recruiting best practices.

• Schedule interviews for internal and external aplicants.

• Must have knowledge of full life cycle recruiting

• Must have knowledge of employment regulations with the DOL, EE OC and OFCCP.

• Knowledge of various functions (manufacturing, quality, sales, marketing, engineering, information systems, etc.) within an organization and the challenges of filling positions within those departments.

• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex isues.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multipledeadlines.

• Ability to handle confidential material.
