To keep pace with that growth, we need our attorney membership to grow as well. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be contacting attorneys nationwide, interviewing them to ensure they meet our standards and ultimately bringing them on to assist consumers.

As a member of our growing team, you will be expected to develop, build and manage your own pipeline, resulting in closed memberships. You are responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and appointment setting to demonstrating our service and closing.

The ideal candidate profile:

• Wants the freedom of earning $50k + doing inside sales, and exhibits a relentless drive to achieve this level of income

• Takes ownership of time and accounts, demonstrates excellent time management and impeccable organization

• Performs with a passion for helping people

• Makes 60+ outbound calls each day because they love it and know it's necessary to succeed - not because they're being micromanaged

• Can quickly establish rapport with all types of people and diverse personalities

• Has a consultative sales approach

• Strong closing skills

• Is comfortable presenting an online demonstration of our service to prospective attorneys over the phone

• Sees monthly goals as the minimum to be achieved, and blows them away on a regular basis

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years phone sales experience

• A results-oriented sales professional with a history of meeting and/or exceeding individual sales goals

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Outstanding presentation skills

• Persistence without being annoying

• Great telephone communication skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong computer (Word, Excel), typing and internet skills -- Salesforce a plus

Total compensation: Base = $30,000 + bonus/commission. Realistic annual compensation = $40,000-$60,000. More if you're that good!
