Working as Lead Manager, Emerging Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of Emerging Marketing programs/elements within the Engagement Marketing team. This role will focus on emerging opportunities across digital, social, and mobile platforms and partners. Additionally, youll act as an Emerging Marketing expert within the Mobility organization - providing leadership and plans to support key mobility marketing efforts. Finally, the Lead Manager will be responsible for the analytics and reporting strategy for Engagement Marketing - taking the lead on managing methodologies and processes to measure against business objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:




  • Creating and implementing Emerging Marketing strategy for engagement marketing programs and key Mobility launches and programs


  • Establishing best practices and learnings that can be applied in scale to other Mobility marketing programs


  • Establish and manage relationships with both emerging and established partners in the digital, social and mobile marketing space


  • Constantly innovating, creating new ways to leverage current partnerships and programs to accomplish marketing goals


  • Research and create new emerging and partnerships and programs aligning with AT&T overall marketing goals


  • Leading agency teams to create assets as needed to support programs


  • Acting as subject matter expert when communicating internally and externally regarding emerging and digital marketing


  • Work with internal teams (advertising, PR, ecommerce) to create and launch all online aspects of promotions


  • Provide analysis, recommendations and rationale for all promotions, while delivering revenue and profits consistent with fiscal year budget


  • Develop positive ROI programs and benchmark campaign results




Position is located in Atlanta, GA.

Required Qualifications:




  • Six or more years digital/online marketing experience


  • Proven track record in implementing successful digital marketing programs


  • Strong background in analytics and reporting


  • Strong marketing background


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel


  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint


  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills


  • Ability to partner with and influence cross-functional teams


  • Ability to develop and implement business plans


  • Ability to prioritize and complete numerous deliverables as requested


  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail




Desired Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications


  • Strong technical understanding of inside wiring and the U-Verse delivery process
