We are a leader in email data and we have one of the largest email databases in the industry. We have helped thousands of companies improve the quality, size, and performance of their email lists. We collect all sorts of data about emails -- from deliverability to demographics, postal to purchase data.

What you need for this position:

- We're looking for a top-tier generalist

- You must be able to build a back-end system to process huge amounts of data or make small adjustments on CSS

- Computer science degree from a great university or other evidence of strong understanding of sound computer science principles

- Extremely driven

- Comfortable in different frameworks and environments

- Eager to learn new technologies

- Must prefer chaos, risk and uncertainty to a safe and predictable environment

- Prepared to dive in and learn by doing

- 1 to 5 years experience in a start-up or faced-paced environment

As much familiarity as possible with the following technology stack:

- Java

- MySQL

- LInux

- Thrift

- Cascading

- Hadoop

- Ruby on Rails

- Perl

- MongoDB

- AWS

We would rather find someone who is a brilliant, hardworking generalist who thrives in a chaotic environment rather than a person who is experienced with all the technologies but gets lost in our fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:
