The Manager, Partner Subscription Products will report to the Director, Partner Solutions. Duties include: Marketing initiatives, Technical expertise, CS interaction and training, oversee product-specific Support Forum, coordinating internal cross-departmental projects, providing administrative support, and completing assigned tasks as needed by the Director. Additionally, achievement of key measures and goals as provided by the department head in support of multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage Support Forums and other formats of online support: Manage team, coordinate coverage schedules, presentation of reports


• Customer service interaction: Training related to new products and departmental initiatives. Informing Customer Service of known issues in real time. Processing customer service escalations.


• Maintain up-to-date tracking of all known issues and feature requests.


• Maintain FAQs and tutorial materials: Keep documentation up to date and relevant to frequent customer inquiries.


• Key contributor to the development of marketing efforts.


• Build solid relationships with internal departments.


• Achievement of key measures and goals.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years Technical Customer Service Experience


• Knowledgeable in the use of Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP, and Macintosh OSX


• Knowledgeable in the use and configurations of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and Adobe Flash Player.
