The Project Coordinator/QC will be a member of an Aquent Studios creative team dedicated to supporting design deliverables, on-site, for a prestigious law client. The PC will be teamed with the Account Manager and Studio Director, and will support the Account Manager with data entry and job setup, managing deadlines, and trafficking tasks through the production process. For lower tier projects, little involvement from the Account Manager will be expected, except as a point of escalation if needed. Project process management will be handled by the PC, and during revision cycles the PC will perform QC through final release of files. He or she will also oversee server maintenance, file name conventions, closing jobs, and archiving files.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Data entry of project intake into Advantage tool
- Identify all necessary source files/assets and provide all required details to design team, and track down missing details and information
- Work closely with Account Manger to assign tasks based on tier level
- Manage timelines and organize client reviews
- QC every version prior to client review
- Organize client feedback and assign revision task
- Oversee server maintenance including file structure and archiving
- On higher tiered projects: manage revisions rounds; QC; facilitate client communications; work closely with account managers to assist with workload balancing to meet deadlines; and coordinate tracking and reporting

- 3+ years of project management/traffic/QC in a design studio, internal creative department, or agency, with demonstrated success managing a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with Acrobat and basic knowledge of InDesign
- Ability to estimate resource requirements based on project scope a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of all phases of the design/production process from project inception
- Experience working under continual deadline constraints with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with basic office applications – especially Microsoft Office
- Excellent client service skills with strong diplomatic verbal and written communication skills
